Mrs. Singh, who lately bought some colorful artifacts from SouvNear is my best friend’s mother too. Fond of lamps, candles and lights, she is always keen on exploring different worlds to find something unique and then brightening her home with a gleaming radiance.
This Christmas, she wanted to bring some special touch to her décor but with interesting Indian twists.
“I completely adore this special day so I thoughtfully picked up red, green and white colors to enlighten my home. At the same time I kept up with my Indian décor theme”, says Mrs. Singh.
Well I must say she did a marvelous job! No stockings, jingle bells or Christmas tree but still the Christmas magic was all around!!
As I entered the living area, there was that pure and soft aromatic whiff that made me still for a fraction of second. Adding more to the charm, the room was all glowing with colorful lights.
Although I see these art-pieces on a regular basis at my work place but when these pieces make their space flawlessly in someone’s home, it definitely brings a sense of pride in us, especially the artisans, who lovingly carve these with their own hands.
So I never leave an opportunity to capture the interesting placement of these artifacts and then share it across with the art-admirers as well as our valuable artisans.
Let’s explore the close-up of different corners of Mrs. Singh’s living area.
Red, green floral patterned throw pillow covers in silk fabric beautifully placed along with the ceramic oil diffusers!
The distressed shabby chic photo-frame inspired from the Victorian era décor but elegantly enhancing the Indian-look décor!
Red and green crackled glass tealight holders, white sandstone coasters, rose-wood serving tray! All gracefully adding to the charm!!
Ceramic pillar-shaped votive candle stands in red and the green glass-shaped mottled tealight holders bringing crystallized effect!!
A nose-shaped wooden spectacle holder! Certainly an interesting way to take care of your spectacles/ glasses!!
My favorite ones! Tealights beautified with mosaic art. A capture with lights on!
And how these made me speechless when the lights were turned off!!
Honestly this smart and classy mommy created the Christmas magic in her surroundings with some basic changes.
I wish I could have some chocolaty truffles and cupcakes too to complete that Christmas feel. But there are still 2 days left for the big day and I am all set to enjoy the special feasts with my loved-ones. And I hope you are ready too with your decorations!
On that note, I wish all readers a Merry Christmas and a very Happy New Year on behalf of the whole SouvNear team.
Let’s ring some bells together and sing some carols, let’s forgive the mistakes and try to bring a smile on everyone’s face!!
Once again! Have a Joyous and the Merriest Christmas and New Year’s Eve!!
Thanks for reading!
